CLIENT CONDUCT AND MISTREATMENT POLICY​

  • At The Posh Bride, we are committed to maintaining a respectful, professional, and safe environment for both clients and our team of artists. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if any member of our team experiences:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language

Threatening, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior

Any actions that create an unsafe or uncomfortable working environment

If such conduct occurs:

​

Services may be stopped immediately without refund

The offending party may be asked to leave the location

Future appointments may be refused or canceled

We believe in kindness, professionalism, and mutual respect — and we expect all clients and guests to uphold these values throughout the bridal experience.

At The Posh Bride, we take pride in delivering a luxury, personalized bridal beauty experience. While we always strive for perfection, please note the following:

  • Results may vary based on hair texture, length, brand of extensions, health, weather conditions, and other individual factors.

​

  • Clients are responsible for arriving with clean, dry hair washed the night before your event unless otherwise instructed. Curly or wavy hair should be blown straight prior to the event. Failure to do so may affect final results.

We strongly recommend specific extension types, brands, and methods based on your desired style, hair texture, and wedding needs. If a client chooses to use extensions that are not approved or recommended by our team:

​

  • We cannot guarantee the quality, hold, longevity, or final look of the style.

​​

  • Additional time or adjustments needed due to poor extension quality or application may result in an added charge or reduced service time.

​​

  • We are not responsible for extensions that shed, slip, matte, tangle, or interfere with the execution of the chosen style.

 

Failure to follow our professional recommendations may affect the overall result. For best outcomes, we strongly encourage you to schedule a preview and discuss extension options well in advance of your event.

  • For clients using extensions, they must be clean, dry and prepped as per our instructions

​

  • We are not responsible for allergies or sensitivities to products. Please notify us in advance of any known issues so we can make accommodations.

​

  • Styling longevity may vary based on environmental conditions, hair type, hair extensions used and individual movement throughout the day (e.g., dancing, outdoor weather, veil placement).

​

Any changes to the agreed-upon schedule or service list on the day of the event may result in additional charges or impact timing for other bridal party members.

​
