By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using our site or submitting a booking inquiry.

1. Services

The Posh Bride provides professional bridal hairstyling and related beauty services, both locally and for destination weddings.
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after a signed contract and deposit have been received.

2. Booking & Payments

A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to secure your wedding date.

Subtractions of services are not permitted once contract is signed. Any no shows or cancellations must be paid for in full

Deposits are applied toward the total service cost and are non-transferable.

Final payments must be made by the date specified in your service agreement.

Any additional services requested on the day of the event are subject to availability and will be charged accordingly.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations at any time result in forfeiture of the total deposit.

Cancellations within 60 days of event date are responsible for full payment of signed agreement.

Date changes are considered a cancellation and therefore a forfeiture of deposit. A new contract and deposit is required to book a n ew date.

Refunds are not provided for completed or partially completed services.

If The Posh Bride must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or emergency), a qualified replacement artist will be arranged whenever possible, or a refund will be issued for the affected services.

4. Day of Wedding Timing

Bridal Hair requires a minimum of 2 hours to complete with the possibility of more time depending on style.

Wedding Party hair requires a minimum of 45 minutes per person.

5. Travel & Destination Services

Travel fees apply to all on-location services and will be included in your quote or contract.

Hotel accommodations must be provided for locations more 2 or more hours away.

For destination weddings, travel and accommodation arrangements must be confirmed in advance.

6. Use of Website

You agree to use theposhbride.com only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our website or systems.

Copy or distribute content, images, or materials from our website without prior written permission.

All text, logos, and images on this website are the property of The Posh Bride and protected by copyright law.

7. Affiliate Links and Reccomendations

From time to time, our website may include affiliate links, including to our Amazon Storefront.

If you purchase through these links, we may earn a small commission — at no additional cost to you.
All products featured are items we genuinely use or recommend.

8. Limitation of Liability

Reactions to hair products, extensions, or tools used during services.

Delays caused by uncontrollable events such as traffic, weather, or venue restrictions.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or service performance.
